Job Description

Job Responsibilities：

1. Provide support to users on desktop software and IT and/or phone system

2. Handle ticketing system,provide IT technical support and troubleshooting services,and act like owner to solve the issue/problem and follow-up on customer status or relevant feedback in ticket system

3. Hardware/ software installation and basic maintenance

4. Work with vendors to perform IT support activities

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
